This afternoon I kept hoping it would start raining & lightning. It definitely seemed to take forever to get in my minutes today running by myself. I did 2 & 1 for 43 minutes. Probably could have gone longer.
I am looking forward to running Thursday at Lakeshore Park. Those who want to join are welcome to attend. I will be there at 5 pm.

I plan to be there but it may be just a little after 5:00. I work downtown and get off at 4:30, but I'm hoping to leave a little early. See you there!
Wish I could be there Thursday but my groin is still hurting. At the rate my injury is going I might not be at Saturdays run. Glad to hear that your running is going well.
