I thought I would be recovered from the week but after I biked for 30 minutes and then worked in the yard I was done. Weed eating is difficult! My husband drug me to some place that sells pots on Hwy 49(I think) and then to the Bass Pro Shop in the jeep. I continued to sweat througout that trip, so lets just say I am going to have to play catch up on the hydrating.
Don't forget to hydrate!!!! hydrate!!! & hydrate some more!!!!
Wednesday of last week I could tell I did not have enough water considering I was outside a lot and it took its toll on how I felt. The headache was the worst and it did not go away until the following morning.
If you have not checked out the website Robin suggested in the blog on hydration YOU BETTER. I think it is half your weight and then divide it by 10 or something like that to get the cups. I am supposed to drink around 80 ounces a day! It said to add more if you are working out or doing hard labor. SO DRINK UP MARATHONERS!

Yeah, can you imagine me.....a 290lb man.....how much water I have to drink every day? I would get nothing done because you know where I would be!! :-)
That place on 49 is right down the road from my house...so now you know where Florence is!
