Getting started!

Well, I did it...no I am doing it! Today I started out by lifting weights.
kickbacks (3 sets of 8)
benchpress (3 sets of 10 w/ 20 pds)
I did other stuff that I do not know the name of and 100 crunches.

I am so excited to be doing this. Running a marathon has been on my to do list for three years. Yes, I am 28 and have a to do list.. a list of thing I plan on accomplishing before it is too late.

Way to go! XTing already! WE are going to have fun training and I hope your crunches don't lead to sore abs.
