Great Job!

Everyone did such a great job on Saturday. I had to start early in order to be able to grab a shower and get to Meridian for a Pre-Command Course. I was planning on stopping on my way to Meridian for the shower but ended up rushing home. I was afraid that I would not be able to walk if I waited that long. It hurt to even walk to the car. It ended up working well. I did okay until the last 4-5 miles. I only did around 20 miles Saturday due to timing issues. Amazingly I was able to stay awake through 4 hours of powerpoint presentations! YEAH.

Micah, I'm so glad you got to run with us some on Saturday. Sorry I didn't say good-bye. You're a great running partner as are Kim and Carey. Aren't you glad we only have short runs left?! I went to yoga Sunday and it really helped after the 22! See you Saturday or Wednesday at yoga.

Micah, you are obviously very motivated with all the Saturdays that you have to rush off to do your NG duties...looks like you are doing very well without injuries, etc. That starting line is getting closer and closer!

I thought I saw you running early on my way to Lakeshore! But, I'm even more impressed that you managed to get 20 miles in AND stay awake thru power points! I have to use the dark glasses trick for those!

Looking forward to Chicago!!
